BSE Global Fellowship Program 2025/2026

Applications are open for the BSE Global Fellowship Program 2025/2026. The Fellowship Program brings together recent graduates who have an interest in working in the sports and entertainment industry. Standout applicants will embody the spirit and values of BSE Global: Accountability, Growth Mindset, Integrity, and Care. The program supports BSE Global’s commitment to developing diverse leaders and making impactful strides in the world of sports and entertainment.

The Fellowship is a 12-month paid program for motivated and innovative recent college graduates. It is designed to build core skills, gain business insights, and get exposure to the many facets of BSE Global. Fellows will directly apply to one department. The departments are: Finance, Human Resources, Digital, Marketing, or Sales.

Benefits

  • Work Experience: each Fellow will rotate through several areas within a department or focus area to get a robust understanding of that area; Fellows will have an opportunity to learn from various teams and work on cross-departmental projects
  • Custom Curriculum: tailored programming, workshops, and panel discussions
  • Networking: access to internal and external networking opportunities
  • Career Advancement: early access to full-time roles within BSE Global
  • Mentorship: access to BSE Global’s mentorship program and peer-to-peer mentorship
  • Compensation: the fellowship is paid, and fellows are benefits eligible

Eligibility

  • They are looking for someone who demonstrates the company’s core values of: Accountability, Growth Mindset, Integrity, and Care.
  • A highly proactive, thoughtful team member with an excitement to learn and grow professionally.
  • Able to work full time and stay engaged during the duration of the program.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys relationship building, collaborating cross functionally in a fast-paced environment, and championing culture within a group setting.
  • Demonstrated connection and commitment to Brooklyn.
  • Applicants must have prior work experience in the department to which they apply. Prior work experience can include internships, projects, volunteer work, involvement in paid and unpaid activities of significance.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
