Applications are open for the Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship Program 2025-2026. The Women@Dior & @UNESCO program provides a unique opportunity for young women to receive mentorship from a #DiorTalent. This experience is enriched by a community of like-minded women connected through local events and online platforms. Mentees gain access to a cutting-edge online education platform with courses taught by distinguished professors and inspirational guests.

After completing these courses, Mentees engage in the #DreamForChange project, aimed at empowering young girls in local communities. Since its inception in 2017, this program has nurtured over 2,000 ambitious young women from diverse fields such as business, engineering, arts, social sciences, hospitality, communication, and public policy. Representing over 60 countries and nearly 90 nationalities, these Mentees are guided by visionary leaders and esteemed guest speakers on critical topics like gender equality and women’s leadership, paving the way for sustainable futures.

Eligibility

The Program is open to women who are:

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a higher education institution, under the age of 30 years old by the time of the application.
  • Either undergraduate students in the final year of their degree or current postgraduate students (Master’s, PhD). Applicants from any area of study are welcome, as long as they demonstrate a strong interest in women’s empowerment and related issues.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, as it is the official language of the Program. This will ensure effective participation in Program activities, including mentorship, and project development.
  • Who have not previously participated in the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program.

Application materials include:

  • Current Resume: make sure to also highlight your social impact activities
  • Cover /Motivation Letter: Address the following three guiding questions:
    • What is your motivation in applying to the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program and how do you plan to use this Program to achieve your goals?
    • What issue(s) related to women’s empowerment are you passionate about, and why? 3. Describe a project or initiative you’ve led that supports women’s empowerment. What was your impact? 4. Candidates are encouraged to share their commitment to and interest in women’s causes and social impact through their Cover/Motivation letter and CV.
