Applications are open for the WILD Fellowship Program 2025. In today’s workplace, women continue to face significant barriers to attaining leadership roles. The WILD Fellowship Program is a transformative initiative designed to bridge this gap by equipping early-mid career women with the tools, resources, and support they need to excel and attain senior leadership roles.
The program brings together a select cohort of 15 early young female professionals and offers comprehensive leadership development, including access to learning hubs, personalized coaching, participation in the Women’s Global Leadership Forum (online), and public speaking opportunities.
Areas of focus include:
- Social Leadership: Addressing poverty, health equity, education, and gender equality.
- Environmental Sustainability: Promoting climate action, resource management, and water conservation.
- Economic Innovation: Driving economic growth, infrastructure development, and decent work opportunities.
- Global Partnerships: Strengthening collaboration and strategic leadership initiatives.

Eligibility
