Applications are open for the Accerta Health Access Foundation Grant 2024. The Accerta Health Access Foundation (the Accerta Foundation) improves the lives of those in need and actively gives back to the communities where they work and live. The Accerta Foundation amplifies the work that charitable organizations across Canada do to drive people toward better health, independence, and productivity.
Through grants, they augment the work of registered charities whose work improves access to healthcare and helps people in need live better lives. The Accerta Foundation will identify and fund projects and initiatives that are mostly likely to promote healthcare equality for marginalized Canadians to address gaps in access to healthcare programs and services.
Grant
- They plan to distribute approximately $150,000 to successful applicants. The number of grants awarded and the size of the individual grants will vary based on the relative scope of the proposal and the anticipated impact on the community and individuals.
Eligibility
- Open to registered charities in Canada;
- The work of these charities must contribute to improving access to healthcare services and thereby helping people in need live better lives.
