Applications are open for the TBLF Leadership and Community Development (LCD) Mentoring Programme 2025. The Leadership and Community Development (LCD) Mentoring Programme is a one-year programme which seeks to engage credible mentors who have track records of their outstanding passion for social and character development and also wish to nurture leadership potentials in secondary school students within Cross River and Akwa Ibom States, Nigeria.
The programme mentors are young professionals who through a standard curriculum and guided learning activities, lead the teenagers to find appropriate answers to life questions, solutions to community issues and challenges they experience as young people. Mentors play a vital role in the Foundation’s quest to raise generations of transformational leaders who are empowered to take responsibility for their own lives and for driving positive change in their communities.
Eligibility
- Youth within the age of 22 – 40 years.
- Under-graduate, OND, HND, B.sc, M.Sc, PhD, 2024 Batch A Corps Members Serving within these LGAs.
- Must be resident within the targeted Local Government Areas in Cross River and Akwa Ibom States, Nigeria.
- Passionate about driving impact among adolescents in schools/communities.
- Possess great leadership, mentoring and facilitation skills to train students in public secondary schools using the programme curriculum.

Application Deadline: Monday, March 31, 2025. The 2025 Leadership and Community Development (LCD) Mentoring Programme is targeted at beneficiaries within Cross River and Akwa Ibom States.
