Deadline: April 20, 2025

Applications are open for the Coded by Ventures People Accelerator 2025. Building a high-growth tech startup is extremely complicated and challenging. Most new founders start their journey without truly understanding what is necessary to be successful.

The People Accelerator gives you the ability to develop as a founder first. Then, you can focus on building your company. They focus on your development as a founder first because businesses often fail because of gaps in the founders’ experiences, backgrounds, abilities, and skills, not the industry, technology, or market.

Program Details

  • In month one, each individual learns what startups are, how they differ from traditional businesses, how they are financed, how they are built, and how they grow.
  • In month two, participants learn how to identify and validate a problem to ensure that it is real, has a large market, and is significant. By the end of month two, participants will have also formed teams from among their fellow participants.
  • In month three, teams will learn to ideate on solutions they can take to market and will start the solution validation process.
  • In month four, teams will begin building MVPs, building their pitch decks, learning how to identify and pitch investors, and preparing to launch and raise capital for their solution.
  • At the end of month four, two teams are awarded $25,000 to launch their solutions.

Benefits

  • $25,000 in funding for two top-performing teams
  • Learn to build a real startup from scratch
  • Gain deep insights into product-market fit, fundraising, and MVP development
  • Form a co-founder team with other talented individuals
  • Access expert mentorship, founder-focused learning, and an empowering startup community
  • All 100% online—accessible from anywhere

This program is ideal for:

  • First-time founders ready to enter the tech startup world.
  • Aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build companies with strong foundations.
  • Individuals from non-traditional backgrounds or underrepresented communities in tech.
  • People with a passion to solve real-world problems and turn them into scalable, investable businesses.
