Applications are open for the ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund – Canada 2025. The ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund aims to accelerate global decarbonization efforts by supporting impactful projects in Canada. Applicants can either launch a new community project, expand an existing one, or introduce a proven social innovation program designed by a global network of changemakers with proven positive impact in other communities.

Eligibility
- The project must address the theme of decarbonization.
- Projects must take place in Canada.
- Applicant must be a school or a registered non-profit organization eligible to receive grant funding (relevant documentation will need to be provided).
- Projects should include opportunities for ServiceNow employees to volunteer in the project activation or implementation.
- Applicants (the organization’s representative submitting the application) must be at least 18 years old.
Application
- Apply by 8 May, 2025 (PDT).
- Wait for your application to be reviewed. They will let you know if it was successful by 25 June, 2025 (PDT).
- If successful, complete some simple steps within 30 days before starting your project.
- Receive the first portion of funding and use it to make your project happen!
- Share your project’s impact to unlock the final portion of funding.
