Delivered by the University of Leeds, this flexible program offers expert-led training, real-world strategies, and a globally recognized certification, giving you the practical knowledge and support to expand your business, secure funding, and drive sustainable growth. the 10,000 Women Program is fully funded by Goldman Sachs and offered at no cost to participants.

Eligibility
- Open to female entrepreneurs running Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs);
- They should be looking to scale, increase revenue, and secure funding.
Application
- Submit your application through Sterling Bank OneWoman
- If selected, you will receive a follow-up link to complete the official application on IFC’s platform
- Once accepted, you will be onboarded by IFC and given access to the 20-week training program
