Deadline: June 18, 2025

Applications are open for the ATV It Takes a Village Pre-Accelerator Program 2025. Atlanta Tech Village’s It Takes A Village is a 12-week pre-accelerator designed to empower and get the best out of founders. It Takes A Village is ATV’s commitment to leveling the playing field for underrepresented founders, especially women, Black, Latinx, and other marginalized entrepreneurs. By combining tactical education, curated investor access, non-dilutive capital, and hands-on mentorship, they are building a stronger, more inclusive tech ecosystem, one breakthrough startup at a time.

This program provides:

  • Structured Curriculum: Workshops on customer discovery, MVP refinement, go-to-market strategies, financial modeling, and pitch development.
  • Weekly KPI Accountability: Growth hacking sessions and Lesson Lab 2.0 workshops to track progress.
  • Hands-On Advisors: Mentors from tech, VC, and corporate sectors offer tailored guidance.
  • Non-Dilutive Capital: Grants to fuel early-stage growth.
  • Curated VC Connections: Pre-scheduled meetings with top venture firms committed to investing in underrepresented founders.
    Confirmed VC partners include:
    • Atlanta Ventures
    • Collab Capital
    • Drive Capital
    • Forum Ventures
    • Overline
    • RevUp
    • Tech Square
    • Valor
    • And more…

At the end of this 3-month Program, the goal is to position startups for seed funding, enterprise pilots, or acceptance into top accelerator programs.

Benefits

  • Cohort of ambitious, mission-aligned founders
  • Membership at Atlanta Tech Village
  • Mentorship and Advisement
  • Weekly In-Person Advisor Office Hours
  • Lesson Labs: Rich curriculum centered around in-depth topics relating to growing a sustainable business
  • Weekly KPI check-ins + accountability coaching
  • Amenities: Events, fitness gym, free bi-weekly lunches, 24/7 access to the building
  • Investor access that’s real, not performative

Eligibility

  • Open to woman, Black, Latinx, or other marginalized group.
  • Have a product with traction, ideally with some revenue (past idea stage).

  • Have access to technical resources—this can include developers or no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Commit to 1-2 days per week on-site at Atlanta Tech Village.
  • Be kind, collaborative, and supportive, no a$$holes.
