  • Week Five: Leveraging Community – Engaging influencers, ambassadors, and brand advocates to boost organic growth, along with educational marketing strategies.
  • Week Six: Funding & Advisory Board – Navigating investor pitch meetings, economic downturns, and market shifts. Building contingency plans and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
  • Week Seven: Implementing the Right Tech Stack – How to optimize and automate the management of your inventory and data. Plus, cybersecurity and legal considerations.
  • Week Eight: Streamlining Your Sales Process – Perfecting your sales pitch and storytelling. Managing relationships with retailers and distributors.
