Deadline: August 22, 2025

Applications are open for the Fierce Foundry Investment Readiness Bootcamp 2025 for Female Founders. This 5-week bootcamp is designed for women founders who are gearing up to fundraise and go-to-market. Gain access to the Fierce Foundry experts for guidance, to sharpen your pitch, and walk away with a real plan and real momentum. Led by seasoned operators and early-stage investors, you’ll build the core assets every founder needs: a fundable pitch deck, clear financials, a smart investor strategy, and the confidence to own the room. Only 10 spots available.

Here are what are included in the program:

  • Laying the Foundation: Start by defining your “why,” identifying the core problem you’re solving, and validating product-market fit through market analysis and customer discovery. You’ll also build a clear understanding of your total addressable market, serviceable addressable market, and serviceable obtainable market.
  • Building a Compelling Pitch: Craft a clear and confident pitch deck that tells your story, highlights your product roadmap, and outlines your go-to-market strategy. You’ll learn how to communicate your vision with clarity and conviction through persuasive storytelling and effective presentation techniques.
  • Knowing Your Numbers: Gain a solid understanding of your startup’s financials, including key metrics that investors expect to see. This module will also help you determine how much funding to raise and when, based on your growth goals and runway needs.
  • Fundraising Mechanics: Learn the fundamentals of startup financing, from SAFEs and convertible notes to equity and dilution. You’ll explore the priorities and expectations of different investor types, VCs, angels, and family offices, to ensure you’re targeting the right capital for your business.
  • Strategy & Execution: Build a personalized fundraising pipeline and learn how to secure warm introductions through strategic networking. You’ll also be equipped to negotiate terms, navigate investor conversations, and avoid common contract pitfalls.
  • Pitch Practice & Investor Feedback: Put your skills to the test with two rounds of live pitch practice in front of real investors. You’ll receive individualized feedback, refine your pitch, and present at a virtual pitch event followed by a celebration to mark your progress.

Eligibility

  • This program is designed for female founders based in the U.S. who are preparing for their first institutional fundraise within the next 6–12 months.
  • They are looking for startups that are beyond the idea stage and have begun proving their potential. That could mean:
    • An MVP live in market and gaining early traction
    • Real customers or pilots underway
    • Or, in the case of deep tech or medtech, validated research and strong expert backing
  • Your company should be U.S.-incorporated and be ready to take the next step toward venture-scale growth.

Application

If you’re seeking a founder-first, equity-free program that helps you get investor-ready without pulling you away from the day-to-day of building your company, and you value a supportive, women-centered environment, this bootcamp was built for you.
