Deadline: September 10, 2025

Applications are open for the Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact 2025. As AI agents reshape our world, Salesforce Accelerator champions a future where humans and agents drive social impact together. The Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact equips nonprofits with funding, cutting-edge technology, and pro bono expertise to confidently create customized AI agent solutions.

AI Agents empower grant makers, marketers, fundraisers, and operations teams to “do more with less” by augmenting staff amid staffing shortages and burnout, increasing efficiency, and freeing them to focus on mission-critical work that addresses the world’s greatest social and environmental challenges. Nonprofits from past Salesforce Accelerators are already unlocking game-changing results with Agentforce — streamlining operations, accelerating impact, and proving just how powerful AI can be when purpose meets innovation.

Benefits

This award-winning accelerator provides flexible funding, technology, and pro bono talent to purpose-driven organizations with agent solutions.

  • A customized 6-month Accelerator program, including one-on-one and group coaching from Salesforce experts on topics ranging from AI, product design, rapid-cycle R&D, and change management
  • $200-300k in flexible funding per selected nonprofit organization
  • Donated and discounted Salesforce products to support the AI agent
  • 1 year of part-time consulting from Salesforce employee volunteers with technical expertise, plus access to additional experts as needed

Eligibility

Open to organisations that:

  • Have a vision for how AI agents and Salesforce technology can uniquely support your nonprofit’s impact
  • Demonstrate data readiness, technical infrastructure, and organizational capacity for AI solutions
  • Have the capacity to participate in a 6-month Accelerator program
  • Meet the Salesforce.org Power of Us license eligibility criteria
  • Are US 501(c)(3) organizations, fiscally sponsored, or international equivalent globally
  • Have the readiness, staffing, leadership support, and knowledge to implement and manage a tech solution
  • Have the potential to leverage Salesforce staff expertise, Salesforce technology and AI agents to amplify their impact
  • Have general understanding of Salesforce technology and products, including Einstein and Agentforce
  • Seek to demo a solution in sandbox within 6 months of beginning the program
  • Willingness to share about their solution and learnings with the nonprofit sector broadly
  • Ability to attend virtual meetings and workshops conducted in English and North American Eastern Time Zone

Application
