The Network of Youth for Sustainable Initiative (NGYouthSDGs) is a network of youth organisations, individuals, and influencers committed to building a more inclusive and sustainable Nigeria through youth action, advocacy, and partnerships. Through platforms like the Youth Spotlight Award, NGYouthSDGs recognises, celebrates, and amplifies the voices of young changemakers who are shaping Nigeria’s future.
Now in its third edition, the Youth Spotlight Award 3.0 will shine a light on young innovators and community leaders aged 18–29, resident in Nigeria, who are advancing solutions to pressing social and environmental challenges while linking their efforts to public policy.
Eligibility
They are seeking nominations from passionate young people whose work addresses one or more of these SDGs focus areas:
- SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
- SDG 4: Quality Education
- SDG 5: Gender Equality
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
- SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
- SDG 13: Climate Action
- SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
