Applications are open for the Black Wealth Club Canada Leadership Development Program 2025-2026. The Black Wealth Club (BWC) was established to help the Black community in Canada build wealth and reinvest it in their environment. By bringing together a cohort of emerging Black leaders with inspiring speakers and industry professionals on a regular basis, the BWC aims to enhance their leadership skills, network, and business acumen through a series of workshops and networking opportunities.
With members selected on an application-basis into a cohort program, their members will be offered the opportunity to connect with other like-minded, passionate individuals and both hear from and interact with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community builders who will discuss topics including (but not limited to): politics, socio-economics, wealth creation, entrepreneurship, financial services, and business skills. They also foster an environment of co-creation of ideas and initiatives within the cohort.

Eligibility
- Identify as a member of the Black community (African, Caribbean, Afrodescendant, etc.)
- Be currently residing in Canada
- Demonstrate leadership potential or an active commitment to community development
- Show interest in personal and professional growth in areas related to wealth creation, leadership, entrepreneurship, or social impact
- Commit to attending virtual and in-person sessions throughout the program year
- Complete the application thoughtfully, showcasing achievements, goals, and motivation
Application
Approximately 45 minutes are required to complete the application form and it must be completed in one sitting (you cannot save progress and return to it later).
