Applications for the Agora Fellowship 2026 are now open. The Agora Fellowship develops Kingdom-minded leaders with Christ-centered influence across the seven mountains of influence. Fellows undergo intensive discipleship, leadership training, enterprise mentoring, and societal transformation projects.
The AGORA Fellowship is not merely an academic program; it is a spiritual forge, shaping Kingdom impactors who will demonstrably prove that God’s plan is for the Gospel to permeate the systems, bringing healing, light, and transformation to every corner of society.
The fellowship is designed to achieve specific outcomes that will transform both individuals and society. These include:
- Develop spirit-filled, excellence-driven leaders with global relevance
- Equip fellows with biblical mindset and practical tools for impact
- Foster mentorship, collaboration, and peer-learning
- Implement Kingdom Impact Projects addressing societal challenges
Program Structure
A comprehensive 12-month journey designed to transform Kingdom-minded leaders through four strategic phases.
- Foundations of Kingdom Leadership: Identity in Christ, servant leadership, ethics, vision building
- Immersion & Mentorship: Mentoring, peer-learning, cross-sector exposure
- Impact Project Development: Fellows implement Kingdom-driven initiatives
- Commissioning & Alumni Network: Retreat, project presentations, alumni induction
Eligibility
The Agora Fellowship welcomes emerging and established leaders who are passionate about driving Kingdom-centered impact in their spheres of influence.
- Applicants must be between 22 and 40 years old.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in any relevant field or sector.
- Candidates should demonstrate a track record of career growth, leadership potential, and meaningful professional contribution.
