Deadline: January 31, 2026

Applications are open for the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship 2026. Sahara Consult, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, has launched applications for the 2026 Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship following the success of the previous two cohorts. The program targets growth-stage, impact-driven EdTech companies in Tanzania that are enhancing educational outcomes through innovation.

Fellows from the previous two cohorts benefited from tailored support to scale their companies, boost sales and profitability, as well as access to funding, while fostering collaborations with the Mastercard Foundation and other ecosystem actors. The 2026 Fellowship continues this mission, empowering Tanzanian EdTech companies to advance inclusive learning and create lasting impact for youth, women, persons with disabilities, and underserved communities.
