Applications are open for the United Nations 64th Geneva Graduate Study Programme 2026. The Graduate Study Programme (GSP) at UN Geneva is the longest-running educational initiative of the United Nations. Over the past 63 years, almost 3,500 young people from more than 120 countries have successfully completed the Programme.
The 64th Graduate Study Programme (GSP) will be held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland from 29 June to 10 July 2026, under the theme “AI and Emerging Technologies: Realities, Risks and Opportunities”. This intensive two-week summer seminar will consist of lectures, presentations, work in groups, and visits to institutions, with the objective of providing students with insights into the work of the United Nations and “International Geneva” in the rapidly evolving field of AI and new technologies.
Cost
- Participation is free, but participants are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, visa, accommodation, and meals. The UN is not in a position to provide scholarships or sponsorships, or to provide advice on this matter.
Eligibility
- All candidates must be between 22 and 32 years old at the time of application.
- You must have completed a Bachelor’s degree and you must also be enrolled in a graduate programme at the time of application.
- You must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and not be employed full time.
