Applications are open for the Coronation Graduate Trainee Programme Academy 2026. The Coronation Graduate Trainee Programme Academy is designed to attract entry-level Talent into companies within the Coronation Ecosystem. This programme offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, access tailored trainings, and mentorship, all within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

The 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme Academy has Eight (8) Pathways:

  • Actuarial Pathway: The Coronation Actuarial Pathway is designed for graduates with strong numerical and analytical ability and a passion for modelling risk and solving complex financial problems. Ideal candidates typically have degrees in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
  •  Enterprise Pathway: The Coronation Enterprise Pathway is designed for graduates with high potential and aspirations to build successful careers in financial services. The Pathway focuses on developing core management and leadership capabilities, strengthening cross-functional knowledge, and fostering personal networks within and beyond the Coronation ecosystem.
  • Finance Pathway: The Coronation Finance Pathway prepares recent graduates with strong Finance backgrounds for future CFO roles by providing essential knowledge and skills in Finance and Accounting.
  • Financial Advisers (Trust Advisers) Pathway: The Coronation Financial Advisers Pathway is designed for graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guiding clients toward smarter financial decisions. 
  • Insurance Pathway: The Coronation Insurance Pathway prepares graduates to develop strong analytical capability and technical competence within the insurance industry.
  • Investment Pathway: The Coronation Investment Pathway is designed for graduates with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial markets. Ideal candidates often come from Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Sales Pathway: The Coronation Sales Pathway is tailored for graduates who are energetic, articulate, and passionate about engaging customers to drive business growth. 
  • Technology Pathway: The Coronation Technology Pathway is designed for young technology enthusiasts who are passionate about leveraging data to solve business problems.

Eligibility

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) 
  • Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
