Deadline: February 6, 2026
Applications are open for the HP/HP Foundation Future of Work Accelerator 2026. In an increasingly digital world, people without access to technology and the skills to use it are often locked out of economic opportunity. The Accelerator helps scale the impact of organizations that are working to change this. Since 2022, the Accelerator has served 35 nonprofit organizations across 13 countries, helping them reach an additional 11.3 million people.
HP is committed to helping disconnected communities participate and thrive in the future of work. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations both play a valuable role in providing resources to these communities. Yet many face their own barriers to resources—time, staff, and financial support—which can challenge their ability to scale fast enough to meet growing needs. Through a combination of funding, training, and mentorship, the Accelerator can help organizations strengthen capacity and scale innovative approaches to closing the digital divide.
Benefits
As a joint program of HP and the HP Foundation, the Accelerator offers selected organizations:
- USD$100,000 in funding
- HP technology & solutions (~USD$100,000 value)
- A six-month, virtual program designed to strengthen capacity and scale impact
Eligibility
- Open to both nonprofit and mission-driven for-profit organizations for the first time.
- Based in the U.S., where they piloted the program in 2022 alongside India and Morocco.
- Focused on future workers that are most vulnerable to economic shocks—targeting youth, on-demand workers, and small businesses.
Application
The application closes on February 6, 2026. The program will begin in May 2026.
