Deadline: March 31, 2026

Nominations are open for the Tällberg-SNF-Eliasson Global Leadership Prize 2026. The Prize honors outstanding leaders from any country or discipline who demonstrate the vision and courage to tackle the complexity of today’s world.

Tällberg-SNF-Eliasson Global Leaders are innovative, courageous, and ethical. They transcend sectors and borders to tackle pressing challenges with measurable impact and a fundamentally global worldview. They represent what is uniquely human about leadership: the capacity to see beyond systems and structures to the people they serve.

Benefits

With the generous support of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), three winners will be selected in 2026.

  • Each laureate will receive an unrestricted $50,000 grant, be celebrated at an awards dinner in early 2027, and join Tällberg’s global network of leaders—an active forum for engagement, collaboration, and sustained impact.

Eligibility

  • Anyone can nominate a leader (except Prize jurors and candidates themselves, in other words, you can’t nominate yourself).
  • Nominees can be leaders across all fields, from business and politics to science, human rights, entrepreneurship, technology, arts, and media.
  • Only individuals can be nominated (not organizations).
  • No self-nominations.
  • The working language for the nomination is English.

They are looking for:

  • Leaders who are innovative, courageous, dynamic, and ethical.
  • Leaders who might work in dramatically different fields and geographies, but share the recognition that global problems demand global solutions.
  • Leaders who seize the moment instead of waiting for politicians to stop squabbling and act.
  • Leaders who reject the lengthening list of “isms”—nationalism, exceptionalism, racism, wokeism, the list goes on—that substitute for thought today.
  • Leaders who represent what is uniquely human about leadership: the capacity to see beyond systems and structures to the people they serve.

Nomination

Nominations are open through March 31, 2026. However, nominators are encouraged to submit as soon as possible.

  • Provide your and the nominee’s contact details.
  • Explain how the nominee meets the leadership criteria.
  • Share career highlights.
  • Upload supporting materials (videos, articles, CV, etc.).
