Deadline: March 18, 2026

Applications are open for the ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) 2026. The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is designed to provide high-performing university students with early exposure to career opportunities within ARM through meaningful, hands-on assignments that deliver real-world experience. The program reflects ARM’s commitment to shaping and strengthening the talent ecosystem within their operating environment.

AYTP offers structured learning through practical work experience, preparing participants for successful entry into the labor market or progression to further academic development. In doing so, the program supports capacity building by developing a pipeline of future professionals who may be considered for employment with the firm upon graduation and successful completion of the internship.

Benefits

Learning Experience & Development

  • In addition to working alongside leading professionals in the industry, interns are immersed in a structured learning environment designed to accelerate both technical and professional growth. Participants are actively involved in real-life business projects, transactions, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Beyond technical capability, AYTP provides meaningful exposure to interpersonal development through collaboration, networking with fellow interns and employees, and engagement with clients.
  • At the conclusion of the program, interns are required to submit a project report and deliver a presentation, enabling a formal assessment of their performance, learning outcomes, and overall suitability for potential progression opportunities.

Career Opportunities

  • This program offers an exceptional opportunity to launch your career with a leading investment management firm while gaining meaningful, hands-on industry experience.
  • Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment with the firm or awarded an exclusive postgraduate scholarship under the Robert Akinjewi Scholarship Fund – Career Fulfilment Initiative, subject to performance and business needs.

Eligibility

  • Be a university undergraduate
  • Have completed at least two years of their degree
  • Be on track for a First class or Second Class Upper degree or equivalent
  • Be available to resume physically for the program in June 2026, if successful
