Deadline: March 6, 2026

Want to join the bold conversations and community of the GLOBSEC Forum 2026? Applications for the 13th edition of GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum are now open! Take your seat in rooms where ideas turn into action, apply your expertise and skills to drive global decisions and connect with trailblazers from government, business, academia, and civil society.

Despite being one of the youngest gatherings of its kind, GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum ranks among the most prestigious platform connecting young professionals across public and private spheres globally. Over the course of its 12 editions, GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum has welcomed 360 participants from almost 60 countries and over 160 leading institutions across politics, business, and civil society. Uncompromising in its committment to fostering a truly global and balanced conversation in terms of gender, expertise and perspective, GYLF gives you a unique opportunity to be part of the momentum of change – at the Forum and beyond.

As the global order of the 21st century grapples with the redundancy of 20th century solutions in the face of conflicts and crises from EU’s neighbourhood to the Indo-Pacific, the need for Europe to include emerging experts in shaping its response at this moment of systemic transformation is evident. GLOBSEC Forum provides a meeting place of political and intellectual leadership that blends focused strategic dialogue with globally covered debates.

  • Security and defence
