You will be supported by a Network Officer, who you are also responsible for recruiting and managing, and you will oversee the work of the 6 Regional Coordinators. You will be supervised by the Co-Director (Strategy). Together with the secretariat, the network is the backbone of UNOY and therefore, you will closely collaborate with staff, interns, Regional Coordinators, members, partners and donors in your work.

  • A monthly gross salary of €2,556 (0.8 FTE), with potential for annual growth within UNOY’s salary scale;
  • Yearly holiday allowance equalling 8% of the gross annual salary;
  • Monthly commute and work from home compensation, calculated based on distance travelled to reach the office;
  • Free vegetarian lunches when working from the office;
  • 20 days annual leave plus Dutch public holidays;
  • 6 weeks of remote working allowance per year;
  • Annual training budget;
  • Opportunities to travel within and outside of Europe for UNOY Peacebuilders activities, missions and training.

Eligibility

  • A relevant university degree at Bachelor’s level (peace and conflict studies, international relations, development studies, gender studies, or equivalent);
