Applications are open for the WILD Fellowship 2026. The WILD Fellowship is for early- mid- and senior- career professional women working in global development, humanitarian assistance and other purpose-driven work. The WILD Network increases the power, influence, and connections of purpose-driven leaders so you can thrive in your career and have a lasting impact.
Benefits
Each Fellow will receive:
- A complimentary pass to the online 2026 Leadership for Social Impact Forum and receive full access to the five month of leadership development activities included with this pass.
- Invitation to an onboarding meeting to share details on how to meet other WILD Fellows, discuss how to get the most out of the program and receive information in response to questions.
- Membership in a dedicated WhatsApp group to support getting to most out of the Fellowship and ongoing connection with Fellows.
- Invitation to WILD community events in the future.
Eligibility
- Applicant should be available and committed to attend the 2026 WILD Fellow onboarding webinar and networking session: Tuesday, April 7 at 6am ET or 4 pm ET.
- Available and committed to attend a minimum of eight hours of online programming of the online 2026 Leadership for Social Impact Forum.
- Open and committed to sharing your experience with fellow change-makers and to learning from them
Application
To complete the application you will need to have prepared:
- Your CV which they will ask you to upload
- What you will share verbally in a one-minute video. The application form provides built in easy-to-use video recording option. All you need is a screen and microphone that is built into your phone, desktop/ laptop computer, or tablet. In the video you will be asked to:
- Briefly introduce yourself: name, where you live, the work you do
- Explain the societal challenge you are addressing
- How participating in the online 2026 Leadership for Social Impact Forum will help you to: accelerate your impact and support your career goals.
- What you bring to the online conference and WILD Community that will enrich the experience for others.
Videos longer than one minute will invalidate your application. No need to dress up or give special attention to your background. What’s most important is that you can clearly be seen and heard in your recording.
