Applications are open for the Heirs Insurance Essay Championship 2026. The Heirs Insurance Essay Championship is an annual essay competition open to school students between JSS1 – JSS3 across Nigeria, with the aim of showcasing the creativity and talent of children.

Prizes

  • Winner: N5,000,000 Scholarship.
  • 1st Runner Up: N3,000,000 Scholarship.
  • 2nd Runner Up: N1,000,000 Scholarship.
  • Winner’s School: N1,000,000 Grant.

Eligibility

  • Open to school students between JSS1 – JSS3 across Nigeria.

Participation Details

  • Word count: Not more than 500 words.
  • Essays should be typed and not handwritten.
  • Students must write their name, school, and class on the essay document.
  • Document Format: Word document only.
  • Students must save their essay document with their full name.

NOTE:

  • The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate, rewrite, expand, or substantially assist any part of an entry is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants must upload their passport photograph and any form of ID when submitting their application form.
