Applications are open for the McKinsey Immersion Bootcamp 2026. They invite 2nd & 3rd and final year students who are curious or passionate about consulting and want to learn more about it, to apply for the McKinsey Immersion Bootcamp 2026 (McK MIB) event.
During this exclusive informative 3 day in-person bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to learn more about what consulting is, develop your consulting toolkit, understand the type of work McKinsey is doing in South Africa and the continent, have an overview of our graduate program and internships and network with McK consultants. The event will run from 7-9 August 2026.

Eligibility
- Open to 2nd, 3rd and final year students from various academic backgrounds interested in pursuing an exciting career in consulting and passionate about working in Africa, undergraduates and post-graduates to apply.
This event is non-evaluative; it is an opportunity for you to learn more about working with McKinsey in Africa.
Application
To be considered to be invited to attend MiB, they ask that you submit the following: your CV in English (1 page maximum) and your university transcripts. Your CV should include details of your education, work experience, extracurricular activities and achievements.
