Applications are open for the Pallas Foundation Fellowship – Fall 2026. Pallas Foundation Fellows participate in a paid program where they assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm, provide tailored research, and develop products for clients — all while being immersed in and engaging with the national security and policymaking communities in Washington, DC.
Throughout the program, Fellows interact with senior officials across the Department of Defense, State Department, National Security Council, Intelligence Community, and other government agencies. They also gain exposure to the broader national security ecosystem through leading technology companies, venture capital firms, and non-profit institutions.
Fellowship Details
Fellows will assist in the day-to-day operations of Pallas Advisors. They will support the team by providing tailored research, developing products for clients, assisting in business development efforts, and completing other tasks as required. Fellows will gain valuable exposure to consulting, while working with cutting-edge technology companies, and the national security and policymaking communities in DC. There will be many opportunities to interact with senior officials and officers in the Department of Defense, National Security Council, Intelligence Community, and other government agencies and offices, as well as work with leading technology companies, venture capital firms, and non-profit institutions. Additionally, the Fellow will assist with administrative tasks shared by all members of the team.

Eligibility
- This position is only open to U.S. citizens.
- The ideal candidate is energetic and detail-oriented with a demonstrated interest in national security issues.
- Candidates should have excellent writing skills and be proficient in drafting information papers and presentations.
- Knowledge or experience in the defense industry, technology start-ups, early-stage investing, or security and technology policy is welcome, but not required. The application is open to graduate students, recent graduates and current seniors.
