Deadline: June 30, 2026

Nominations are open for the Women Who SPARK Awards 2026. Now in its fourth year, the Women Who SPARK Awards celebrate women who exemplify the qualities that define transformational leadership in our industry: courage to challenge the status quo, authenticity in how they lead, and measurable impact on their organizations and communities.

These aren’t awards for titles or tenure. They honor women at every level who demonstrate exceptional leadership, lift others as they rise, and embody the values that move our industry forward. Nominations are submitted by peers, colleagues, and leaders who witness this impact firsthand – making these awards a true reflection of community recognition.

The winners of these prestigious awards will be unveiled during an exciting gala, co-located with the U2030 Annual SPARK Meeting (SPARK). It will be held at the Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, Milwaukee, WI, September 28-30, 2026. In addition to the awards ceremony, winners will be asked to share their success during the meeting.

Eligibility

Nominee may be:

  • A colleague who consistently goes above and beyond for her team;
  • A leader who has driven meaningful change in your organization;
  • A mentor who has invested in developing others;
  • Someone who leads with heart while delivering results;
  • A rising star who demonstrates exceptional potential.

Nomination

Anyone can submit a nomination form; it costs nothing, and the nomination process is made easy.
