Applications are open for the Ireland Fellows Programme Ghana 2027-2028. The Ireland Fellows Programme Ghana enables early to mid-career professionals from Ghana with leadership potential to benefit from a prestigious, world-class, fully funded Master’s level programme at a higher education institution in Ireland. It supports graduates in building skills, advancing inclusion, and forging positive, lasting relationships with Ireland.

The Ireland Fellows Programme is fully funded by the Government of Ireland through the Department of Foreign Affairs, with implementation support in Ireland from ICOS.

Benefits

  • The award covers programme fees, return flights, accommodation support, and a monthly stipend for living costs.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a resident national of Ghana
  • Hold a recognised bachelor’s degree
  • Have at least two years substantial work experience that is directly relevant to your proposed programme(s) of study.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to development

  • Passport or other official ID
  • Undergraduate degree certificate
  • Final degree academic transcript
