Deadline: August 31, 2026
Applications are open for the Allianz Climate Risk Award 2026. The Allianz Climate Risk Award connects leading climate risk researchers with the insurance industry — from scientific insight to real-world resilience. Launched in 2017, the Allianz Climate Risk Award celebrates scientists at the start of their career whose work sheds light on the nexus between climate change and extreme weather events.
In 2026, they celebrate the 10th anniversary of the award — marking a decade of commitment to advancing climate research. The program now operates across three tracks: the Global Award, the Thematic Spotlight: Allianz Trade, and the new Regional Spotlight: Asia.
