Applications are open for the ANWEP Green Futures Grant 2026. The Association of Nigerian Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (ANWEP) Green Futures Grant supports women-led eco-friendly and renewable energy ventures in Nigeria. At ANWEP, they believe the women building a greener Nigeria deserve more than applause, they deserve investment. If you are building something that protects our environment, powers communities, or creates a cleaner future, this grant is for you.

The Association of Nigerian Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (ANWEP) is a 501(c)3 non profit organization whose mission is to empower Nigerian women to become impactful leaders by forming strategic partnerships to tackle issues that confront women, girls and children in our society.

Award

  • They will offer ₦1,000,000 to three successful applicants

Eligibility

  • Woman-owned or woman-led business registered in Nigeria;
  • Business focuses on eco-friendly products/services or renewable energy solutions;
  • Business has been operating for at least 6 months;
  • Founder/co-founder identifies as a woman;
  • Grant funds will be used for business growth, not personal expenses;
  • Applicant is not a current ANWEP board member or immediate family of one.

Application

Recipients will be announced at the Annual Fundraising Gala on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
