Applications are open for the Encore Fellowships 2026. Encore Fellowships match experienced professionals with high-impact, capacity-building projects at nonprofit organizations. Fellows contribute 1,000 hours over the course of a year (typically 20 hours per week).

Benefits

Eligibility
Eligible candidates for an Encore Fellowship:
- Have 20+ years of work experience.
- Have deep interest in contributing expertise to a social impact organization,
- Can commit to 1,000 hours over a period of 6-12 months for a capacity-building project,
- Be eligible to work the United States,
- Are available to work onsite/hybrid/remotely for 6-12 months for 20-35 hours per week.
