Applications are open for the Young Women Leaders Inclusion and Advocacy Fellowship 2026. Are you a young woman aged 18–35 from Northern Nigeria or the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) who is passionate about leadership, public policy, financial inclusion, and personal development? This is your opportunity to build your leadership capacity, expand your knowledge, and join a network of young women committed to driving positive change in their communities.

This six-week virtual fellowship brings together young women from Northern Nigeria who are ready to grow as leaders, engage with issues that shape their communities, find their voices in spaces where decisions are made, and turn their ideas into action.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a young woman aged 18–35.
  • Be from, reside in, or have a strong connection to Northern Nigeria.
  • Have an interest in leadership, advocacy, public policy, governance, education, finance, digital spaces, or community development.
  • Be available and committed to participating in the six-week virtual fellowship.
  • Be willing to learn, engage actively, and take meaningful action within their communities.

They are committed to fostering an inclusive fellowship that reflects the diversity of Northern Nigeria. Young women with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply, and they welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.
