Applications are open for the AGORA Fellowship 2027. The AGORA Fellowship 2027 is a 9-month catalytic leadership and institution-building programme for mid-career African leaders who are already creating measurable impact and are ready to build stronger institutions, expand their influence, and contribute to Africa’s transformation.
The Agora Fellowship develops Kingdom-minded leaders with Christ-centred influence across the twelve mountains. Fellows undergo intensive discipleship, leadership training, enterprise mentoring, and societal transformation projects. The Agora Fellowship is not merely an academic program; it is a spiritual forge, shaping Kingdom impactors who will demonstrably prove that God’s plan is for the Gospel to permeate the systems, bringing healing, light, and transformation to every corner of society.

Objectives
The fellowship is designed to achieve specific outcomes that will transform both individuals and society — producing leaders who are spiritually formed, professionally equipped, and socially deployed. These include:
- Develop spirit-filled, excellence-driven leaders with global relevance.
- Equip fellows with biblical mindset and practical tools for impact.
- Foster mentorship, collaboration, and peer-learning across sectors.
- Implement Kingdom Impact Projects addressing real societal challenges.
Eligibility
- Open to mid-career African professionals with approximately 8–10 years of experience;
- Be between 27–40 years;
- Must have a legally registered social enterprise or business operating in Africa;
- Founders, executives, senior professionals, or institution builders;
- Individuals already leading and creating measurable impact;
- Those building organisations, enterprises, institutions, ministries, or structured platforms;
- Leaders ready to move from individual influence to institutional and systems-level impact;
- Faith-aligned individuals committed to Kingdom-centred leadership;
