The PILP is a three-month program which takes place at the East-West Center in Honolulu and the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs in Taipei, Taiwan.  The tentative schedule for the 2015 PILP Fellowship is late July through mid November 2015.  All PILP Fellows maintain a full time residency requirement in Hawai‘i and Taiwan continuously during this period.
