Applications are open for the Migrant Founders Accelerator 2026. The Migrant Founders Accelerator is not a typical startup accelerator. The program is designed to address the unique challenges of migrant entrepreneurs, offering the tools, networks, and support they need to succeed. By harnessing your international perspective and resilience, we help you build thriving businesses.

The program consists of two in-person events (Kick-off & Demo Day), exclusive online input sessions for each cohort and community events open to both the cohort and the wider Migrant Founders Community.

Benefits

  • Intercultural Mentorship: Guidance tailored to your international background and business context.
  • German Market & PR: Support in navigating German business culture, media exposure, visa and immigration issues and local networks.
  • Community & Networks: A strong, supportive network of peers, mentors, and investors.
  • Growth & Visibility: Help in refining business models, pitching, and scaling your startup.
  • Financial Aid: Up to €2,000 for prototype development and business model validation.

Eligibility

  • Open to second-generation migrant founder based in Germany;
  • Knowledge- and technology-based solutions in prototype to early MVP stage;
  • Your team must consist of at least two co-founders (At least one co-founder must have migrant background).
