Deadline: August 23, 2026

Applications are open for the DivInc Women in Tech Accelerator 2026. DivInc’s Women in Tech Accelerator identifies and supports innovative women-led startups across any industry. Through this intensive 10-week program, they work hand in hand with women founders as they build thriving companies, unlock capital readiness, and amplify women’s voices in the tech ecosystem.

The curriculum and workshops focus heavily on honing product-market fit, building a sales playbook, gaining early market traction, and understanding paths to true scale.

Benefits

  • Expert-Led Workshops: Weekly strategic workshops covering best practices in business development, sales, legal, marketing, finance, operations, public relations, and funding, led by serial entrepreneurs, VCs, and industry authorities.
  • Professional Coaching & Mentorship: Personalized, one-on-one coaching from expert pitch coaches, Group and individual mentor office hours, and support customized directly to your organization’s unique stage and needs.
  • Strategic Introductions: Direct, warm pathways to corporate partners, active angel groups, venture capitalists, and advisors.
  • Top-Tier Legal Consulting: Direct pro bono or advisory consulting from premier startup law firms to ensure your entity structure is sound.
  • Access to Resources: Over $100,000 value add in perks from amazing partners to help increase the speed of your growth.
  • 18 Months of Post-Accelerator Support: Deeply focused founder support for 18 months after graduation through the structured DivInc Alumni program.
  • Lifetime Portfolio Membership: Permanent membership in the DivInc portfolio family with continuing professional development opportunities, events, and community support.

Eligibility

  • The company must be a U.S.-based, for-profit enterprise. Non-profits and consulting firms will not be considered at this time.
  • The company must be women-led. Co-founders who are not women are highly welcome, but the company must be actively led by a woman, and the CEO must be women-identifying or non-binary.
  • All technologies should be powered by AI/ML, SaaS, Data Analytics, or Hardware.
  • Founders must be past the pure ideation stage. A mature MVP is not strictly required at entry, but you must have a clear path to launch, pilot, enter beta testing, or have an MVP ready for immediate use by the end of the program (including working prototypes for hardware).
  • They look for founders who possess a growth mindset, are highly coachable, hold a massive vision, and want to collaborate deeply with others. Coachability is key.
  • The CEO must personally participate in the program and commit to 25 to 30 hours per week of focused work on their company and sessions.
