Deadline: October 16, 2026
Applications are invited for the Global Women Connect Mentoring Programme 2026/2027. Part of Global Women Connect, the Global Women Connect Mentoring Programme is a 9 to 12 month journey supporting both mentors and mentees to develop two-way learning relationships, where both partners benefit and grow. Priority is given to those in the Global South.
The programme builds trusted collaborative relationships that help drive change at the individual, organisational and environmental level. Each relationship is mentee-led, with the mentee setting their own agenda and identifying the issues they wish to explore. The mentor creates a supportive, reflective space to help the mentee think through challenges and opportunities.
Delivered fully online, the programme offers flexibility and accessibility across time zones. It is free to take part, with mentoring conversations every 4-6 weeks, plus supporting webinars.
