I found this insightful photo on Facebook recently. A friend shared it and I re-shared and now I think every Opportunity Desk fan needs to know this.
Often times, we fall prey to this very thing – speaking spontaneously in response to a situation, discussion or question, without really thinking through. Words are powerful. And we can hardly take back words once we let them out.
