Impact Hub Vienna is looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Manager to help them boost, manage, and measure their external visibility and positioning. Candidates should enjoy being self-driven, creative and understand how to use data to both build and impact the target audience. A deep commitment to customer service, high level of pro-activeness and self-reliance, previous experience and passion for creative communication are a must.Working with Impact Hub Vienna to position our offer, grow our brand and community, create visibility for our members and find creative ways to communicate our impact.
The Impact Hub Vienna community is made up of social businesses addressing challenges both locally and globally. Their members are entrepreneurs, social investors, freelancers, advocates, campaigners, creatives, artists, consultants, coaches and more. Members enjoy a global platform connecting them to 7000+ like-minded entrepreneurs, access to training and support, touchdown meeting and work spaces and a program of lectures, training workshops, community networking events and incubation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, execute, develop and monitor communication strategy:
- Increase social media engagement in relevant channels (Facebook, Twitter);
- Write and edit blog posts about events happening at Impact Hub space, member profiles and community updates;
- Capture and tell the stories of Impact Hub Members (locally and globally);
- Create and send the monthly newsletters;
- Curate lists of media contacts + online influencers;
- Create attraction / engagement campaigns for selected events;
- Work with Event coordinators, Unit & Program Managers to develop and run attraction and engagement campaigns.
- PR support
- Write press releases and monitor Impact Hub Vienna’s media presence;
- Periodically review and update Impact Hub Vienna’s press and communication package;
- Monitor our communication impact;
- Coordinate the analysis of our marketing and media metrics;
- Track success using appropriate tracking tools.
