Deadline: January 20, 2016
Young researchers (i.e. Master’s students, PhD students and young researchers on the job market) are invited to submit a poster addressing the issues related to The 17th GDN Annual Global Development Conference and its sub-themes.
Those who wish to apply must base their application on a selected theme of the conference with national, regional or global perspectives:
- Skills for Tomorrow
- Public Finance and Public Policy
- Pedagogy, Technology and Solutions
- Research and Policy
Eligibility
The competition is open to young researchers (i.e. Master’s students, PhD students and young researchers on the job market).
Researchers can submit and compete for both presentations as part of organized sessions and posters. A poster can be submitted by only one individual, even if representing a team.
Award
The winners of the poster competition will have their work displayed at the 17th GDN Annual Global Development Conference in Peru (17-18 March 2016), and be able to present and discuss their work with conference attendees.
Poster authors can express their need for financial support to attend the conference with the submission of the final poster in the application form.
How to Apply
Posters can be submitted online. Ensure that the GDN logo can be seen on the poster, as well as the name of the researcher(s) who have created it.
For guidance on the creation of the posters and their content, see the official guidelines here.
