Gratitude Network Fellowship Program 2025

Applications are open for the Gratitude Network Fellowship Program 2025. Gratitude Network’s Fellowship is a free 1-year program for non-profit leaders and their organizations anywhere around the world. The program builds leaders’ confidence and capabilities and provides tools and processes for expanding the organization’s impact. Fellows complete the program with more aligned teams ready to execute a multi-year strategic plan to take their organization to the next level – ultimately scaling their impact with the children and youth they serve.

Each year, the Gratitude Network conducts a global search for established, social impact leaders who demonstrate a proven organization model serving children and youth who are committed to leadership growth and ready to scale their organization. From over 1,500 applicants annually, they select up to 30 to participate in their program.

Eligibility

The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program is for both the organization’s leader and organization’s development. Applicants and the organization must meet ALL of the below eligibility requirements.

Organisations

  • Legally registered non-profit, charity, NGO organization;
  • At least two years old;
  • At least two full-time equivalent employees (can include the applicant);
  • Operating budget between USD 50,000 – 2 million;
  • Beneficiaries must primarily be children/youth and served in one of the following categories: Education, Health and Well-being, Children’s Rights;
  • Ready to scale and expand the impact of the organization.

Applicant/Leader

  • Has strategic decision making power for the organization;
  • Committed full-time to the organization;
  • Ready and interested to lead the organization through scaling and expanding impact;
  • Coachable – interested in working with a leadership development coach;
  • Adhere to the time commitments and schedule of the Fellowship.

Application

For the 2025 Fellowship applications, the deadline to complete the Part 1 application is February 12, 2025. The deadline to complete the Part 2 application is March 5, 2025. Selected applicants will be invited to complete the Part 2 application.
