The INMA Africa Emerging Leaders programme aims to identify and recognise the next generation of news media leaders currently below today’s senior management ranks – and provide bridges to global programming that will springboard them to future leadership. Eligibility
- Applicants must be employed by a news media organisation in Africa;
- Must be below age 35;
- Must be below senior management level;
- Must aspire to learn more about the business of news;
- Must aim to be a future news media leader;
- Must be based in Africa full-time;
- Cannot be part of ownership.
