Deadline: December 31, 2025

Applications are open for the Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026. Women@Dior & UNESCO is a unique international mentoring and education Program dedicated to young women, built on Maison Dior’s unique expertise of transmission and its community of motivated and inspiring Talents.

Launched in 2017, the Program has now supported over 2800 driven young women selected from a wide range of studies – from business to engineering, art and fashion, to hospitality, communication and international relations and more. To date, Mentees have spanned over 60+ countries and represent almost 90 nationalities.

Through their educational offerings, Mentees are guided by visionary leaders and esteemed guest speakers who delve into vital subjects such as gender parity and women’s leadership, that pave the way for responsible futures. Additionally, Mentees receive personalized support from their dedicated Dior Mentors, navigating the early stages of their professional journey and embarking on professional exploration. Each Mentee and Mentor dynamic is thoughtfully curated, leveraging an innovative approach that underscores compatibility and shared aspirations.

Benefits

  • Mentorship: By joining the Program, you will be able to benefit from personalized support from a Dior (Mentor) and are invited to create a strong relationship with them to take the lead in defining your career and building your network. Each Mentee/Mentor duo shares a unique relationship and is matched through an innovative approach based on their compatibility (300 Dior Talents are mobilized each year).
  • Education Platform: The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education Platform is a dedicated space where Mentees follow the Program’s online courses. Designed to foster personal and professional growth, this platform empowers Mentees to thrive and excel in their journeys. Access +16 courses led by prestigious professors and exclusive guest speakers on the core values of the Program: Self-Care & Self-Awareness, Autonomy, Creativity, Inclusion & Sustainable Development.
  • The Inspiring Interview Series: Mentees have access to an Inspiring Interview Series featuring prestigious leaders and friends of LVMH, Maison Dior and UNESCO, interviewed by leaders of the Maison Dior and Mentees themselves on various topics related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • The Dream for Change Project: Following the online courses and inspiring interviews, Mentees participate in the “Dream for Change Project.” In small groups, Mentees create and develop a concrete project proposal that empowers women and girls and contributes to solving a real-world challenge.
  • Sisterhood: Women@Dior & UNESCO community stays active during the year through online and in person events and activities to foster connection and celebrate the power of sisterhood between Mentees.
