The Cascador ScaleUp Program is a 12-week leadership and business development experience designed for growth-stage founders building companies with real traction. Through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, mentorship, peer learning, and tailored support, the program helps founders strengthen both their leadership and their businesses. Participants leave with sharper strategy, stronger networks, and greater readiness to raise capital and scale.

Eligibility
- Open to Business Founder or Co-founder
- 2+ years in operation
- $70k+ USD equivalent / ₦100M+ in annual revenue
- Based in Nigeria or a Sub-Saharan African country
- Committed to participating fully in the program
Application
Founders begin with a preliminary application. Semifinalists will be notified weekly throughout the application cycle.
