Deadline: August 21, 2026

Applications are open for the Future is Female Awards 2026. The Future is Female Awards celebrate the women and allies reshaping leadership across marketing, media and culture. Now in its eighth year, this is your chance to put a bold name forward, including your own.

The Future is Female Awards launched with a simple conviction: that the most transformative leaders in our industry weren’t getting nearly enough recognition. That conviction hasn’t changed. What has changed is the scale of the conversation.

Today, the program stands as one of Advertising Week New York’s most celebrated initiatives, a platform dedicated to spotlighting rising stars making bold moves inside their organizations and beyond. From boundary-pushing marketers to culture-shaping creatives, the Future is Female Awards honors the people brave enough to lead differently and inspire others to do the same.

Prize

  • The Advertising Week Future is Female Awards is a community. Winning an award or being shortlisted gets you the official winner title and entry to an exclusive community, where you will be invited to judge future awards, receive VIP access to Advertising Week events and talk on stages/podcasts wherever possible. It’s not an award for one night; it’s joining a community.

Eligibility

  • Open to women and the allies who champion them. Whether you’re nominating yourself or someone else, each entrant must complete an online application.
  • Have proven significant career achievements.
  • Possess the ability to effect organizational change within their own company or across the industry.
  • Acted as a role model or mentor for others.

Application

There are no entry fees, no age or gender limits and no boundaries. Whether you’re nominating someone established or emerging, they want to hear about the women and allies who are shaping the future of the industry.
