Eligibility
- Business must be legally registered and actively operating within Canadian territory.
- CEO, founder, or primary executive leader must be a Canadian resident.
- Business must have between 1 and 499 full-time or part-time employees.
- Business must have been operational for at least one year by nomination date.
- Nomination must be submitted by an employee or representative of the business.
- Demonstrated leadership, innovation, growth, community contribution, or industry influence.
