Applications are open for the Intuit IDEAS Program 2026. The IDEAS Program combines Intuit’s AI-driven platform and human experts with the know-how of community partners to support local small businesses. IDEAS aims to improve the efficiency, earnings, and capital readiness of each business. The program offers eligible participating businesses grant support, including a technology grant and a program completion grant, to help acquire tools and resources that can strengthen business outcomes.
In this year-long program, Intuit provides participating small businesses with free access to Mailchimp for digital marketing, QuickBooks for business compliance and back-office bookkeeping, TurboTax for tax preparation, and guidance for Credit Karma for personal finance. To build skills and accelerate growth, IDEAS also provides access to expert tax preparers, accountants, and bookkeepers, plus business coaches and consultants from Zella Life.
Benefits
- Access to Intuit’s AI-driven platform and human expertise: Participants will receive free QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and TurboTax software, plus access to Credit Karma and Intuit tax and bookkeeping experts.
- Access to business coaching and counseling: Each entrepreneur receives monthly business coaching, executive coaching, and ongoing support from Intuit experts to help them grow and scale their business.
- A grant to accelerate, scale, and grow: At the end of the 12-month IDEAS program, participants receive a grant to continue accelerating their business growth and become part of the Intuit IDEAS alumni network.
Eligibility
The program is open to small businesses located in:
- Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and San Diego, CA (metro area)
- West Virginia (entire state)
- Military veteran and military-spouse entrepreneurs nationwide are eligible to apply for a special virtual cohort of military entrepreneurs
