Applications are open for the MediaTech Hub (MTH) Accelerator 2026. Are you working on technology that’s changing the way media is produced, distributed, or experienced? Then you’ve come to the right place. The MTH Accelerator supports early-stage media tech startups—with personalized guidance, access to the media industry in Babelsberg, and a network that opens doors.
The MTH Accelerator is the startup program of MediaTech Hub Potsdam. They connect early-stage startups at the intersection of media and technology with the ecosystem, resources, and expertise needed to turn an idea into a market-ready business model.
They offer two distinct, 9-month paths tailored to your specific business goals:
- Bootstrap Seedstrap: Built for founders who want to grow independently and sustainably. Learn to scale without the immediate pressure of external financing.
- Investment Readiness: Built for startups actively preparing for a funding round. Fine-tune your pitch, map your financials, and get introduced to the right investors.

Eligibility
- Open to early-stage media tech startups.
- Be based and operate in Germany.
Application
- Submit an application: Fill out the online form and upload your pitch deck.
- Interview: A personal meeting with the accelerator team.
- Decision: They will provide feedback within four weeks of the application deadline.
- Program Launch: Go through onboarding, and you’re all set.
