Applications are open for the Catalyst Now Learning Initiatives Fellowship 2026. The Learning Initiatives Fellow supports the planning, coordination, delivery, and follow-up of Catalyst Now’s systems learning initiatives, particularly the Learning Series and Fundraising Masterclasses, while providing coordination support to the Academic Hubs.
The role ensures that sessions are well organised; facilitators and internal teams have the information and resources they need; participants receive timely communication; and learning, participation, and engagement data are accurately documented.
The Learning Initiatives Fellow works closely with colleagues across the Community Building and Learning team, the Communications team, facilitators, and other contributors to align priorities and coordinate Catalyst Now’s broader learning offerings.
Program Details
- This internship is for 6 months, full time, 40hours/week.

Eligibility
For this role, they invite applications from people who have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in programme coordination, project management, communications, education, international development, social innovation or a related area.
- Experience coordinating virtual or in-person learning sessions, events, webinars or community programmes.
- Experience communicating with participants, facilitators and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collecting, organising and reporting participant or programme data.
- Confidence using online collaboration, communication and event-delivery tools.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with Zoom or similar virtual-event platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience with mailing lists and mail merge tools.
- Ability to organise and analyse basic engagement and satisfaction data.
- Familiarity with shared calendars, project trackers and communication-request processes.
